Our culture is built on: Open communication and mutual respect Recognition of individual contributions Collaborative approach to patient care Regular team meetings to share ideas and improve patient care Celebration of personal and professional milestones Strong focus on work-life balance Key Responsibilities: Deliver thorough, gentle dental cleanings and preventative care Create a comfortable, reassuring environment for patients Perform scaling, polishing, and periodontal screenings Take and process dental x-rays following safety protocols Provide patient education on oral hygiene and preventative care Maintain and update detailed patient records using Abeldent software Process various instruments as needed Patient Demographics: You'll work with a diverse patient base including: Families and children Seniors Preventative care focused patients Periodontal patients Patients requiring various levels of dental care Required Qualifications: Current Registration with the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario (CDHO) Valid Ontario dental hygienist license Proficiency with Abeldent software Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on patient comfort Experience in creating a calming environment for patients Excellent communication abilities for patient education Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude Commitment to delivering personalized patient care Certified CPR and First Aid Certification How to Apply: Join a practice where patient care and team culture are top priorities.
